Terms & Conditions — xbate Platform Rules

By accessing, registering on, or using the xbate platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with xbate's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the xbate platform and, if you have already registered an account, request its closure by contacting [email protected].

xbate reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the xbate website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the xbate platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms.

Use of the xbate platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are 18 years of age or older. xbate does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit, play, or collect winnings under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual person for personal recreational purposes, not on behalf of a business entity.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party for the purposes of gambling on their behalf.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an xbate employee or contractor in a role that could constitute a conflict of interest.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or any other exclusion restriction that would legally or contractually prohibit you from gambling on the xbate platform.

xbate employs a mandatory identity verification process at the point of account registration. All players are required to submit valid government-issued identification documents — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to confirm their age and identity before being permitted to make deposits or withdraw funds.

In the event that xbate determines, at any point, that a player has misrepresented their age or otherwise failed to meet the eligibility criteria above, xbate reserves the right to void all bets and transactions, withhold any winnings, close the account immediately, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities where required.

To access the full functionality of the xbate platform — including depositing funds, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings — you must create a registered player account. The following rules apply to all xbate accounts:

• One account per player: Each individual may hold only one active account on xbate. Duplicate accounts will be identified through IP address monitoring, device fingerprinting, and payment method cross-referencing. All duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. xbate will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC verification: xbate may require additional Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle, including before processing your first withdrawal. Standard KYC documents include a government-issued photo ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and source of funds documentation for larger transactions.
• Contact details: A valid, actively monitored email address and phone number must be associated with your account at all times. These are used for account verification, security alerts, and support communications.

xbate reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not guarantee access to all features of the platform — certain game categories or payment methods may be subject to additional eligibility conditions.

xbate supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for accessibility and convenience for players in Bangladesh. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks), Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at xbate's discretion.

Deposit terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The USDT equivalent minimum applies to crypto deposits.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your xbate account balance instantly upon confirmation of the mobile money transaction.
• USDT deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations for the respective network (TRC-20: 1 confirmation; ERC-20: 12 confirmations).
• xbate does not charge any deposit processing fees on its end; however, transaction fees imposed by your payment provider (e.g., bKash service charges, blockchain gas fees) remain your responsibility.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal terms:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, up to the deposited amount. Winnings may be withdrawn via your preferred registered method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or for large withdrawal amounts requiring additional verification.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to a standard security review. Requests that trigger automated fraud detection rules may be held for manual review for up to 48 hours.
• xbate reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. See Section 5 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details.

xbate offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and Independence Day. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. A wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must bet before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms page.
• Bonus validity period: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The contribution table for each active promotion is published in the promotion's terms.
• One bonus at a time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new promotion while a previous bonus is active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• Bonus abuse: xbate actively monitors for bonus abuse behaviours, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and coordinated play across a group of accounts. Any account found to be abusing bonus terms will have bonuses voided and may be subject to account closure.
• Right to modify: xbate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses that have already been credited and are actively being wagered.

As a registered player on xbate, you agree to at all times comply with the following obligations. Failure to comply may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, or permanent account closure.

• You will use the xbate platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and will not use it for any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of unlawful activities.
• You will keep your login credentials strictly confidential and notify xbate immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You will not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or cheat any game, betting market, or promotional offer on the xbate platform.
• You will not use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or extract data without explicit written permission from xbate.
• You will not misrepresent your identity, age, or location when using the xbate platform or when communicating with xbate support.
• You will comply with any and all KYC and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) verification requests made by xbate within the timeframes specified.
• You will gamble responsibly and within your financial means. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent risk and that no outcome is guaranteed.
• You will not hold xbate responsible for losses incurred as a result of your own decisions while using the platform, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

xbate reserves the right to conduct periodic account reviews to ensure ongoing compliance with these obligations. Players selected for review may be asked to provide additional documentation or information. Failure to cooperate with a compliance review may result in temporary account restriction.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the xbate platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one xbate player account, whether under the same name or a different identity.
• Identity fraud: Registering or operating an account in the name of another person, or using falsified identity documents during the KYC process.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hand information in live card games, or exploit platform mechanics through coordinated betting patterns.
• Money laundering: Using the xbate platform for the purpose of depositing, layering, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activities. xbate is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the relevant financial intelligence units.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds on xbate. Any account found to have initiated an unjustified chargeback will be closed and the matter pursued through appropriate legal channels.
• Exploitation of software errors: Intentionally exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in a game or payment system for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reversed.
• Unauthorised data harvesting: Scraping, crawling, or otherwise extracting data from the xbate website or platform without express written consent.
• Abusive behaviour: Using threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or abusive language or behaviour toward xbate staff, live dealers, or other players on any part of the platform.

xbate reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by xbate.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering activity.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account restriction or closure.
• Death of the account holder (in which case, the account will be frozen pending verification of next-of-kin claims).
• Prolonged inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. xbate will attempt to notify the account holder via the registered email address before applying a dormancy fee or closing the account.

Player-initiated closure: You have the right to close your xbate account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, provided all outstanding KYC and verification requirements are met.

Self-exclusion: If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, xbate offers dedicated self-exclusion options including temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks) and permanent self-exclusion. Balances on closure: If an account is closed by xbate due to a breach of these terms, xbate reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Any funds confirmed as legitimate player deposits (not bonus funds, not fraudulently obtained) will be returned to the player following the conclusion of the investigation, less any amounts owed to xbate.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xbate platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. xbate does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond xbate's control may cause temporary service disruptions. xbate will not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of platform unavailability.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits xbate's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the governing language for all interpretations and disputes. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these terms, the English version shall prevail.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be submitted to xbate's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with a detailed written description of the complaint. xbate will respond to all formal complaints within ten business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through xbate's internal process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief where appropriate.
